Location Switzerland – Advantages

The Swiss real estate market is a constant and steadily growing entity. The property price in Switzerland has been rising moderately and steadily since the late 1990s - without any relevant fluctuations. So-called "pendulum swings" as in the "hotspots" of London or Paris are foreign in this country. The economic environment for real estate investments in Switzerland is ideal. Interest rates are still at a low level.


In spite of the interest rate reversal, initiated by the FED (for the USA), low interest rates can also be expected in the longer term. Only a moderate rise in interest rates can be estimated. The forecast for the future is accordingly positive, as this development will continue. Influences such as declining immigration and possible higher interest rates are rather negligible weakening’s, since they have no significant negative influence on pricing.
